14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with CoilPad. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Please note: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount minus Stripe's non-refundable transaction fees (3.4% + $0.50). Stripe does not refund these processing fees, so they will be deducted from your refund amount.
